Jen Lindahl is a strategic leader, connector, and catalyst for growth with experience spanning professional services, construction, golf/sports, healthcare, and technology. As CEO of Human Capital Partners, Jen channels her passion for people and her expertise in business operations, strategy, and consulting to help organizations and individuals navigate change with clarity, confidence, and humanity.

Under Jen’s leadership, HCP builds on its 20+ year legacy of delivering outplacement coaching, executive coaching, and search services—always with a people-first approach. She is committed to ensuring that every engagement, whether helping a leader grow, guiding a team through change, or placing exceptional talent, is handled with thoughtfulness, dignity, and measurable impact.

Jane Salmen | President

With nearly 40 years of leadership and account development experience, Jane has helped many of the nation’s largest corporations develop and manage a world-class workforce, while successfully navigating the ever-changing corporate landscape.

She began her career at Control Data Corporation, then spent 17 years transforming an entrepreneurial staffing company from an emerging player into a market leader. For the past eighteen years, Jane has created innovative, comprehensive action plans that help companies through restructuring, downsizing, mergers/acquisitions and culture change initiatives.

What began as a career has evolved into a vocation for Jane. Her passion is felt at every touchpoint, within every organization and by every transitioning employee she works with. Jane works tirelessly to ensure her clients’ needs are met. She motivates each individual to their full potential as they move forward in search of their next professional endeavor.

Jane has held a number of elected leadership roles throughout her career. From directing synergistic growth and quality assurance of a world-wide outplacement collaborative to serving as the president of the Bloomington (MN) Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the executive committee of the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, Jane received her bachelors degree from the University of St. Thomas. Jane’s work extends to her community as well, where she is dedicated to helping organizations supporting women, children and under-served populations.
